So Now you all know That I have my flight plans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYAYAYYAY!!! It's actually happening!! I will be in Japan!!! wow! It's crazy!!
We fly straight to Tokyo then to Nagoya!! So Fun!! It will be hard to say goodbye to all the people I have met here!! And to say goodbye to Sorensen Shimai!! AHhh!!
this week we got to hear from Rosemary Wixom! the General primary president! I loved it so much! I will tell you a few things I really liked about her talk.
1. "The more we listen to the Holy Ghost, the more we can recognize the still small voice"
2."We are all on the road to discovery."
3."A mission is the beginning of a walk with the Savior for the rest of your life!"
Wow! It was so great!! Also in our district meeting Our branch president's wife Sister Stevenson said something on the lines of this: "There are so many opportunities to complain. We are no better than Lamen and Lemuel, they were obedient, they got on the boat! But they murmered! We should be Like Nephi and Sam, obedient and having a positive attitude!"
She's right! we should always look on the bright side of life! times can get hard and instead of looking at all the negative things happening, look for the Tender Mercies of the Lord, There is always something to smile about, there is always something to rejoice in!! We often look at how hard things are going, instead of saying "wow! I bet I can learn from that!"
This week, was crazy! there was something wrong with sorensen shimai's hip and she went to check it out, we had to get it xrayed and then we went to a actual doctor (IN THE REAL WORLD!!!) So we left campus and went there, they wanted to have her go to physical therapy because of it! so, we came back to eat, left campus AGAIN!! then she went to physical therapy, and wore some really awesome shorts.... Hahaha! it was great!! It was weird "being in the real world...."
But I don't know much else to tell you family! so........ ummm.... I am SO EXCITED FOR JAPAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am freaking out just a bit!!! I don't know the Language!! Do they really trust me to know how to speak? Jodan.... They do! I know the Lord Trust me enough, because he called me there!! I am so Excited to be emersed in the Japanese culture and to eat weird food, and sleep on a futon, and to speak to REAL Nihon Jin!!!! Yay!!! And most importantly bringing others unto Christ, and helping them become happy!! YAY for the Gospel of Jesus Christ!!
Well Kazoku, the next time I write you I will be in JAPAN!!! So I love you all and I hope you are all still alive!!
Thank you so much for all the dearElders and for your Emails!! I just love you guys so much!!!!
Aishiteimasu!!!
