Hey everyone! Sorry last week was so rushed? It's because we've been
so busy! Which is good right?
Anyways! Funny things that have happened this week,
I got flung off my bike, I almost rode into a ditch, and I ran Into a
wall and have a painful scab by my elbow! How are all of you doing?
I haven't biked so much in my life! IT'S GREAT!!!
I I'm in love with Japan! It is seriously so beautiful! The people
here are so kind and are super sweet! They help me try to understand
Japanese and they want me to become better! We had lots of Member
lessons which is great, so we can mogi(practice?) with them! We
finally taught two of our investigators! They are super great! And one
of them is so close in receiving Baptism! Which is awesome!
Last week we started a thing called the 40 day fast, where we fast and
think of things we want to give up or stop in our life that will help
us become better, and we fast for it, then each day we pray to stop
those things and you do it for 40 days! (Not fasting each day....)
Patrick姉妹 did it one of her transfers, and she said it was so cool! If
we want to see the changes in people's life's, we first have to change
ourselves! So that's really cool!
I have love getting to know and meeting new people! The mission field
is so different from the MTC, I feel more free, and I feel more
excitement to share the Gospel!
We decided that we needed to figure out how to get people's attention
while we OYM (open your mouth) I told Patrick shimai that I saw a
video where these two sisters had Rubik's cubes and they talked about
how sometimes our lives look confusing, and how God has a plan for
each of us and somethings we don't understand why they happen but God
knows and he will help us through everything! While they talked they
were solving it! It's cool, but anyways so we wanted to buy Rubik's
cubes and try doing that with people we meet on the streets! We also
thought of short mini different things we could teach to people with
using a Rubik's cube! Who knew you could teach the gospel by using a
Rubik's cube?
Anyways, Japan is so Pretty!! I can't believe I am actually here,
teaching REAL people! Trying to communicate in a language I do not
know, and really relying on the spirit!
Well, I love you all and I hope you all have a great week!
愛しています!!

Toilets are so weird!
The View of the Honbu (mission home)

We live next to the train tracks!
Where we sleep!
We went to visit someone, and that was their view! Fuji,... He likes to hide behind clouds!
Everything is so close together!
Finally in Fuji! Patrick Shimai and Decker choro!
A great photo of Fuji! Our zone! The sun rises are the prettiest!!!!! This is when we went running in the morning!
JAPAN IS SO PRETTY! We went to some weird fire festival?
My trainer... Patrick Shimai! After planning for ever!
